I AM building HIS church has approximately 200 sets of plans from previously built churches, sanctuaries, fellowship  halls,  multipurpose rooms, gyms, as well as education and office space. Construction ranges from steel, wood, or block, and combinations there of. On average, we should be able to save a church at least 50% on the cost of plans, assuming a local architectural firm charges the standard fee of 6%, plus additional charges for mechanicals.

A church desiring to build a 15,000 sq ft project,  that costs on average $120 per sq ft or $1,800,000; would normally spend $110,000 to $150,000 on plans from a local architect. By using plans from previously built projects, the church can save between $50,000 and $100,000.

·         Why re-invent the wheel? Put the Lord's funds in the building, not the design.

·         Plans can be modified, and are brought up to meet local building codes, and are stamped and certified.

·         Custom design also available at a 35% savings, assuming standard fees of 6%.

We also offer low cost  uncertified plans, that allow a church to determine the cost of a project, before they commit substantial funds to the design.
