 This is a new page so many prior testimonials need to be added. In fact, any time a church project is completed; if it was not a miracle, then the Lord was certainly pulling the strings behind the scenes. Also are included praise reports from clients that have saved money  through CBN.


Restoration in the Word   GA    The pastor was traveling to NYC and saw my advertisement in a local religious newspaper advertising current church events and concerts. The pastor called and said they desired to purchase an old bowling alley and convert it to a church,  but only had about $40,000 saved.  This was not enough equity to make the purchase.   The church would be  able to make the mortgage payment, but did not have enough saved  for the  down payment,  because they had been paying so much in rent.  We prayed and  the seller dropped the price further, and the property  appraised for much more then the selling price.  We financed this project  through a subsidiary  lending arm of the Baptist Foundation of CA.

I just contacted Suburban (it was very easy and took 2 minutes) and switched over our account.  To quote Susan who answered the phone there “You will be very happy!”  We are paying $3.17/gallon today.  Our cost with you is $1.479.  We used 17,000 gallons last year, so this saves us a whopping $28,747 at current prices.  Next we will look at Sysco and some other vendors. This is a major benefit for us already and your services are a true blessing.


Trinity Fellowship    NJ     The architect designed a beautiful church,  but it cost  far in excess of  what the church could spend.  He also designed for it to be steel construction, which added a lot of cost to the project. We redesigned the project,  and converted the project to wood and were  ready to build. Satan attached and the church lost their permits to build under new local  laws.  After 18 months of prayer and  spiritual warfare, the permits were granted and the church was completed.


Breesport Baptist  NY   The church was planning on a doing an expansion of the sanctuary at a very high cost per square foot. After looking at the project, we advised the church they  would  probably be better off, building and entirely new sanctuary space and converting the old sanctuary to education space. The church took  our advice and was able to build more  space fore the same  cost as was originally planned.

 

Calvary Bible Church NJ    

The church had been struggling with trying to build for over 10 years, and had utilized a few architects and had spent a small fortune on plans and revisions to plans. A new pastor and a new building committee came to grips with what they needed versus what they wanted and what they could afford. The project was scaled back, redesigned, phased, and finally built. The church opened the new multipurpose facility at almost capacity and is now planning the next phase. “God blessed us with the resources to build in His time.”
 


House of Prayer  MA  The church was taken advantanage of by an unethical builder, who  did not perform,  overspent  the budget,  and left the church with an unfinished buidling . After seeking financing for almost three years, and not finding it; the Lord intervened in HIS time. Funds  to complete the project were finally, provided through a subsidiary lending arm of the Baptist Foundation of CA.
